Presentation Submission Guidelines
Instructions for oral presentations, slides, and self-recorded video submissions for APANConf'26.
Timing of Oral Presentation
- 12 minutes for presentation.
- 3 minutes for Q&A.
- First bell at 10 minutes.
- Second bell at 12 minutes.
- Presenters must stop at 12 minutes.
Preparation of Presentation Slides (PPT)
- Presentation title must match the conference registered paper title.
- Presenter can organize slides suitably while maintaining clarity.
- Tables and figures should be clearly visible.
- Title slide must include paper title, author names, and affiliations.
- Use the conference PowerPoint template.
- Recommended file name format:
<APANConf2026_PaperID_LastName.ppt>.
Preparation of Self-Recorded Video
- Maximum duration: 12 minutes.
- Presenter's face should appear in the top-right corner of the video.
- Accepted format: MP4.
- Maximum file size: 25 MB.
- Aspect ratio: 16:9.
- Recommended tools: OBS Studio, Zoom, Bandicam, Free Cam.
- If needed, compress large files (for example with HandBrake).
- Recommended file name format:
<APANConf2026_PaperID_LastName.mp4>.
Submission of Video and Slides
Upload your self-recorded video and presentation slides through the conference submission process.
- Upload deadline: June 28, 2026.
- Ensure submitted files follow naming conventions and format requirements.
Recommendations and Best Practices
- Presenters are encouraged to wear formal attire.
- Use the conference virtual background where available.
- Choose an environment with minimal background noise.
- Set camera at eye level or slightly above.
