The 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies and Applications (APANConf'26) is a co-located event as part of APAN62, a five-day international meeting bringing together a global community of researchers, educators, innovators, and technical experts.

More than 300 tech-savvy delegates will explore emerging trends in advanced networking, digital infrastructure, and collaborative technologies through a programme of keynote speakers, working groups, special interest sessions, interactive workshops, and social events.

Dean of Research & Innovation, STEM College, RMIT University

Mark Sanderson is a Professor of Information Retrieval and the Dean of Research and Innovation for the STEM College at RMIT University. A pioneering figure in search interfaces, he was the first to demonstrate the value of "snippets" in search results and co-founded the imageCLEF evaluation campaign. He has held senior leadership roles for flagship conferences including ACM SIGIR and CIKM and was inducted into the ACM SIGIR Academy in 2024 for his outstanding contributions to the field.

Ramayya Krishnan is Dean Emeritus of Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and a globally recognized authority on the societal impact of digital technologies. He has founded multiple master’s programs and research centers, including the Block Center for Technology and Society, and currently leads the AI Measurement Science and Engineering Center (AIMSEC). A former President of INFORMS and a Fellow of the AAAS.

Call for Papers

The 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies and Applications seeks original contributions on topics under the theme: AI, HPC, and Resilient Systems.

Research Topics

Future Internet, R&E Networks, and Infrastructure

Digital Applications in Health, Agriculture, Education, and Environment

AI, Machine Learning, and Vision Systems

Policy, Ethics, and Regional Priorities in Digital Infrastructure

High-performance, Cloud, and Distributed Computing

Submission Requirements

Papers submitted to the 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies and Applications must be prepared using the IEEE Conference Proceedings Template and should not exceed six (6) pages on A4 size paper.

Review papers will not be accepted.

Author Guidelines and Instructions

To submit a paper to the 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies, follow these guidelines to ensure your submission meets all requirements.

Paper Submission & Language

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All papers must be written in English.

Desk Review

Prior to double-blind review, scope and formatting will be checked. Non-compliant papers will be rejected, including:

  • Exceeding six (06) pages
  • Out of conference scope
  • Incorrect formatting
  • Plagiarism score above 30%

Double-Blind Review

Authors must not include names, affiliations, emails, acknowledgements, or grant information. Previous works should be referred to in third-person.

Generative AI Usage

AI tools may be used responsibly to enhance research and writing quality, especially for non-native English speakers. Authors must follow IEEE guidelines on AI-generated content disclosure.

Full Paper Guidelines

Conference encourages full papers only. Maximum length is six (06) A4 pages using the IEEE Template format.
