Paper Preparation
- The accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
- All papers should be written in English.
- The conference only encourages the submission of full papers. Maximum length of a full paper is limited to six (06) A4 pages in the given IEEE template format.
- During the desk review process (prior to the formal double blind review) the scope and formatting of papers will be checked. Papers having non-compliances, including the following, will be rejected.
- Papers that have more than six (06) pages.
- Papers that are out of scope of the conference.
- Papers that do not follow proper formatting guidelines.
- Papers that have a plagiarism score above 30%.
- Since the review process is double-blind (neither the author nor the reviewers are aware of each other's identity), authors are requested to follow these instructions.
- Do NOT include authors' information (name, affiliations, e-mail), acknowledgements, or grant information in the review manuscript.
- Authors' previous work should be referred to in third person.
- Guidelines for Generative AI Usage.
- The developments in generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including large language models (LLMs), are transforming publication workflows. We encourage responsible use to support researchers' own capacity to create high-quality scientific work.
- Authors must comply with IEEE guidelines on use and disclosure of AI-generated content as specified in the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board Operations Manual.
